BRIGHTSIDE FARM SANCTUARY
Rescue | Education | Advocacy
Brightside is a registered Charity. We are a not-for-profit Farm Sanctuary and Shelter for animals set on 50 acres in Tasmania's Huon Valley.
Founded by Emma Haswell, and run by Emma and a small dedicated team Brightside rescues and rehomes hundreds of animals each year.
We educate, advocate and campaign for farm and companion animals. We provide education sessions to students in schools and at Brightside.
We provide hundreds of abused and neglected animals with a permanent loving and secure home at our Sanctuary.
Brightside rescues and re homes hundreds of animals each year including about 300 rescued dogs.
Our mission is to raise awareness with regard to the plight of millions of factory farmed animals in Australia.
We Rescue, we Educate and we Advocate for animals.
We are a Voice for the Voiceless.

Brightside has a range of animals for adoption, animals just waiting for the right person or family to come along. You can make a wonderful difference to the life of an animal by caring, loving and offering a second chance. Take a look at our adoptees – you may find a friend for life!
